The Wanda Club Rewards Program is a subsidiary and affiliate of Wanda Hotels & Resorts, designed to provide value-added services to the brand’s loyal customers.

A member of Wanda Club meets the Club Membership Eligibility requirements, and applications are subject to approval by Wanda Hotels & Resorts.

Each member is entitles to one Wanda Club account, through which they may accumulate reward points by way of Eligible Consumption (please refer to condition No. 6). Points can be redeemed in exchange for value-added services. Participating hotels or resorts of the program are owned or managed by Wanda Hotels & Resorts. Current participants include the brands Wanda Reign, Wanda Vista, Wanda Realm, and Wanda Jin.

Each member acknowledges that (s)he has agreed to and accepts all the terms and conditions of the program at any time during their period of membership. Wanda Hotels & Resorts and Program may at any time amend, modify or supplement these terms and conditions without prior notice, and continued participation in the program will constitute an acceptance of any such amendment, modification or supplementation. All effective terms and conditions should refer to the guidelines of the program’s official website. Members are responsible for being knowledgeable of the program terms and conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility & Enrollment Fee

1) Members must be over 18 years of age or the age of majority in their resident country. Companies and/or other group entities are prohibited from enrolling.

2) You may not hold an existing membership in the Wanda Club nor have previously been terminated from the Wanda Club.

3) There is no enrollment fee for this program.

2. Membership Enrollment

1) Members can join Wanda Club through following channels:

a) Log on to the Wanda Club official website or Wechat Subscription complete the registration process.

b) Contact the Wanda Club Service Center and complete the registration process.

c) Register at any of participating hotel or resort

2) Wanda Club will issue a confirmation once your application has been fully approved. Applicants can log on to the Wanda Club website to activate their account and password. With access by account and password, a member may review their membership information and account activities.

3) The program may deny membership to any applicant at its sole discretion.

3. Membership Evaluation

The four levels of membership include: SUPERIOR, SILVER, GOLD, and PLATINUM. The Wanda Club Service Center will continually evaluate members’ status, and adjust levels of membership accordingly.

● An evaluating year constitutes every 12 consecutive months beginning from enrollment date.

● Evaluating stay nights are the room nights staying at eligible room rate in all Wanda Club participant hotels. A stay night constitutes an overnight stay by a member in one hotel room.

● Eligible Points are the points acquired from eligible consumptions, which are approbatory in membership evaluation. Points acquired from promotions, courtesy, transferring or purchasing are non-eligible points, which are not approbatory in membership evaluation.

1) Upgrade:

a) A SUPERIOR membership having reached more than 10 but less than 19 room nights (a stay night constitutes an overnight stay by a member at one hotel room) or accumulation of more than 8,000 eligible points but less than 15,000 within an evaluating year will be upgraded to a SILVER membership immediately upon review by the Wanda Club, and be entitled to SILVER membership benefits throughout the next evaluating year.

B) A membership having reached more than 20 but less than 50 room nights (a stay night constitutes an overnight stay by a member at one hotel room) or accumulation of more than 15,000 eligible points but less than 35,000 within an evaluating year will be upgraded to a GOLD membership immediately upon review by the Wanda Club, and be entitled to GOLD membership benefits throughout the next evaluating year.

c) A membership having reached 50 or more room nights or accumulation of more than 35,000 eligible points within an evaluating year will be upgraded to PLATINUM membership immediately upon review by the Wanda Club, and will be entitled to PLATINUM membership benefits throughout the next evaluating year.

2) Downgrade

a) A PLATINUM membership that does not attain a minimum of 50 room nights or accumulation of 35,000 eligible points within an evaluating year, will be downgraded to GOLD or SILVER or SUPERIOR membership at the end of the evaluating year.

b) A GOLD membership that does not attain 20 room nights or accumulation of 15,000 eligible points within an evaluating year will be downgraded to SILVER or SUPERIOR membership at the end of the evaluating year.

c) A SILVER membership that does not attain 10 room nights or accumulation of 8,000 eligible points within an evaluating year will be downgraded to SUPERIOR membership at the end of the evaluating year.

4. Membership Cancellation

Under the following scenarios, the Wanda Club may terminate any membership and revoke any and all unredeemed reward points collected by a member:

1) Violation of these Terms and Conditions

2) Misrepresentation of any information or any misuse of this Program

3) Violation of any national or domestic law or regulation in connection with the use of membership privileges

4) Failure to pay hotel charges

5) Commission of fraud or abuse involving any portion of this Program

6) More than one active account for every Wanda Club program

7) Physical, verbal or written abuse of hotel or Wanda Hotels & Resorts personnel

8) Any action to the detriment of the Wanda Hotels & Resorts, Wanda Club or any of its alliances

◆ SUPERIOR membership benefits

Once an enrollment application has been fully confirmed, a member will enjoy the following benefits:

3) Upgrade to Wanda Club Floor Privileges (Subject to the availability)

4) Welcome drink or cookies per stay (Only for staying guest who show member card and room card)

5) F&B Member Rate, discount 10% off at All F&B Outlet (Discount applies to Food and Non-alcoholic beverages only, not including seafood and service fee.)

6) Free breakfast for children under 1.4 meters

◆ SILVER membership benefits

SILVER membership is entitled to all SUPERIOR benefits, and:

◆ GOLD membership benefits

GOLD membership is entitled to all SILVER benefits, and:

1) One room voucher for Wanda Vista/Realm Hotel (period of 12 months)

2) 25% extra bonus points

3) Member Rate 15% off from Direct Channel (Room)

4) F&B Member Rate, discount 15% off at All F&B Outlet Discount applies to Food and Non-alcoholic beverages only, not including seafood and service fee.)

5) 48-hour reservation guarantee

6) In-room check in/ check out

7) Early check- in from 12 am (Subject to the availability)

◆ SUPREME membership qualification and benefits

SUPREME OWNER membership is a membership by invitation from Wanda Hotels & Resorts.

The SUPREME OWNER membership invitation could be issued by Wanda Hotels & Resorts. Serving as an owner of Wanda Hotels and Resorts property, and current in all management fees owed to Wanda Hotels and Resorts and its affiliates, every hotel owned by the owner is not awarded more than Two SUPREME OWNER cards.

The validity of the point is 1years, and valid until 30 September. The points can only be transferred between the supreme owner's accounts.

During the contract period, the supreme owner member could enjoy privileged benefits.

6. Reward Points

As a Member you may begin to earn points once you have the secondary eligible consumption. Points will not be earned for stays made prior to the date of Member enrollment as shown in Wanda Hotels & Resorts records. The validity of the point is 3 years. Points have no fixed or ascertainable cash value, and may not be traded in private except as otherwise state herein.

You will receive one point for each Chinese Yuan or local currency equivalent paid toward eligible consumption on your individual hotel room bill when you pay qualifying room rates.

1) Eligible consumptions include the following:

Qualifying Room Rate(s) paid for hotel room nights, including the hotel’s Advanced Purchase Rate, Best Flexible Rate, worldwide sales negotiated rate, national/regional/local government rate and specified leisure rates as confirmed by Wanda Hotels & Resorts reservation systems. If Room Rate(s) include “hotel service charge”、tax fee, the service charge amount and tax fee will be deducted when calculating points (“hotel service charge” typically occurs in upscale hotels that charge guests personal as a percentage of their expenditure, e.g., a 5-star hotel may add a 15% charge to the room rate as an additional service fee).

a) Other consumption charges to a member’s account may include, but are not limited to: F&B, telephone and business center. Other eligible consumptions not indicated above may be included at a given hotel’s discretion.

b) Eligible food and beverage consumption that be charged to member’s own room account.

c) A member may also accrue points on all eligible consumption for multiple hotel rooms (less than 5). Rooms must be used in conjunction with the member's stay at the same hotel at the same time, and the consumption from the multiple rooms must be settled in the member’s room folio.

2) Ineligible charges include the following:

a) Ineligible room rates including all group rates, special discount rates, travel agency, third party internet, redeemed night, crew, long stay, complimentary and house-use, trade out.

b) Ineligible consumption including food and beverage consumption are not charged to member’s own room account, service charges、tax fee, and any outlet operated by a third party.

c) Members on a stay nights as a meeting attendees will not earn Wanda Club Rewards program points during their group stay if their individual room bill is paid through a Master Account.

7. Points Adjustment

Points listed in your Wanda Club account may be subject to change based on system or program updates. The Wanda Club Service Center will email you a periodic e-statement to reflect your point activities. If you believe your account activity statement is inaccurate, please contact the Wanda Club Service Center. Point adjustments will not be made more than 60 days after the statement date. Please keep all hotel room receipts for your records, as they will be required for point adjustment requests.

8. Points Transfer

Wanda Club Rewards points may be transferred between any two specifically designated member accounts. One member may authorize the transfer of a given number of Wanda Club rewards points to another member's account. The cost to the member authorizing the transfer will be RMB10 per 1,000 points transferred, and is required to be paid for with an eligible credit card. Any one account may not receive points from more than 10 other accounts. Once the authorization for transfer is received and processed, the transferor relinquishes all rights to the transferred points. No cancellations or refunds are permitted.

9. Points Purchases

You may purchase additional points necessary to achieve a higher membership level or to meet redemption criteria. The point purchases are limited to a maximum of 20,000 points within a period of 12 consecutive months. Points must be purchased in minimum increments of 1,000 points, and are required to be paid for with eligible credit card. Please follow the instructions on the Wanda Club website or call the Wanda Club Service Center for assistance. No cancellations or refunds are permitted.

10. Program Validity

Wanda reserves the right to restrict, suspend, discontinue or cancel this program with 90 days prior written notice to all active members. In such case, regardless of your level of participation in the program, your right to collect points and/or credits from other cooperating third parties will end 90 days after the date of notification. No points may be redeemed after the end date.

11. Membership Privacy

All program members’ personal information will be safely maintained in the Wanda Hotels & Resorts database. Members are responsible for ensuring the factuality of personal information, and accept and explicitly authorize that your personal information shall be managed and processed by Wanda Hotels & Resorts, its subsidiaries, affiliations, franchisees, Wanda Club and authorized operation third parties for the purposes of administration of membership records, guest service, advertising, marketing and communication.

Members are responsible for restricting access to and maintaining the confidentiality of your membership account and password, and agree to accept responsibility for the activities of anyone using the password.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

1) The effectiveness, interpretation, change, execution and dispute settlement of these policies and rules apply to laws and relevant regulations of the People’s Republic of China. Universal international practices and/or industry practices shall prevail when there is no relevant law or regulation.

2)A dispute between any member and Wanda Hotels & Resorts arising from these policies and rules should be firstly settled through friendly consultations. If such consultations fail, the member agrees to submit the dispute to the people’s court with jurisdiction in Shanghai.

4. The Wanda Club Meeting Reward Program is available for meeting planner individuals only. The program is independent of the Wanda Hotels & Resorts rewards program.

5. Meeting Organizer must indicate that they wish to participate in Wanda Club Meeting Reward program (Wanda Club Meeting Reward membership may be obtained via the Sales Marketing Dept. of Hotels (Regional Office).) or provide a valid meeting organizer account prior to signing a Sales or Catering/Banqueting Contract. A Meeting organizer individual is authorized to host both a Meeting Reward Account and Wanda Club Account concurrently, however, the two accounts remain independent of each other. Meeting Reward points will not be retroactively credited for previously booked and/or held meetings or catering/banqueting events.

6. Points Rules:

a. Catering/banquet booked and held by the meeting planner must have a minimum qualified consumption of RMB 5, 000 to meet the rewarding criteria. All conference fees must be made through the settlement of the main account of the conference.

b. Eligible meeting consumption includes guestrooms, food and beverage and rental. Ineligible consumption includes associated taxes, gratuities, service charge, any outside vendor/supplier charges and any attendee incidentals or other expenses.

c. The meeting organizer will earn 1 Wanda Club point for every 5RMB spent on qualified meetings charges, no maximum of single meeting points. The validity of the point is 3 years.

d. Meeting attendees will not earn Individual Wanda Club Rewards program points during their group or extended stay. Should individual room bill is paid through a Master Account or paid directly by individual guest.

e. Meeting Organizer must be employed or contracted by the sponsoring company or organization at the time the meeting takes place to collect the eligible points. The point of a single meeting is up to 2 Meeting Organizers, and the proportion of the point is allocated by the hotel and the customer. The total number of points cannot exceed the total number of bonus points awarded by the meeting.

f. The Meeting points will be credited to the meeting planner’s account 4 weeks after the qualifying meeting has been held and paid for in accordance with the sales and catering contract with the hotel.

g. Meeting planner is not required to be a meeting attendee to accrue points.

7. The Meeting points could redeem hotel rooms, air miles, cinema tickets and other services and gifts. The rate of redemption is the same as Individual account.

8. Meeting Rewards Benefits is not eligible for level upgraded, and points accumulated can be used for Wanda Authorized redemption, for own use and it will not be resold, transferred or traded. Once it is found, all points in the meeting account and the account will be cancelled.

9. Wanda Hotels & Resorts reserves full right of amendment and final explanation of all terms and conditions. All program terms and conditions shall be prevailed as published in the Wanda Club official website.
